After the cancellation process, you will no longer be able to view either the archives or the Rehabilitation Professional Training Course Beginner Level.

A. Please contact us through the inquiry section and include your membership name, the title of the video, and your question. We will respond via email. Depending on the content of your question, we may also release an answer lecture.
A. Yes, you can. Please contact us through the inquiry section with a message starting "Question about my patient." The more detailed information you provide, including personal details, the more specific our responses and suggestions can be. (Please make sure to obtain consent from the patient or their family before sharing personal information. Confidentiality will be strictly maintained.)
A. No, the videos cannot be downloaded because they contain personal information of stroke patients. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please watch them in a location with a Wi-Fi connection.
A. As a general rule, only the contract holder should watch the videos. However, if multiple people are watching, please ensure that no personal information is exposed to others. (This assumes that the viewers are healthcare professionals.)
